RESEARCH and follow up on any homes, signs, or ads you may see regarding homes that are similar to your home.

CONSISTENTLY RE-EVALUATE the selling process, your desires on the home you are selling so we are all “on track” for the sale and closing of your home.

COMMUNICATE with you on a regular basis; return your phone calls and e-mail, and gather and disseminate information to you.

PRESENT AND NEGOTIATE your purchase and sales agreement in a professional, skillful manner. Keep in mind; it is buyers and sellers who determine final sales price on a property, not your Realtor®.

FOLLOW UP on your transaction (after acceptance) during the processing stage to coordinate the entire process with lender, attorney, inspectors, listing agents, and keep you informed of any and all pertinent items that may arise.

 

ENLIST SUPPORT of knowledgeable professionals on any item that may cause concern by the parties to the transaction.

REFERENCE POINT for help with schools, utilities, and other service information you may desire that is within the scope the REALTOR® is able to perform.

CLOSING AND POSSESSION Attend the closing and arrange for final walk through and coordinate with the other party, any final details regarding possession. Check back with you to answer any questions regarding your new home, the transaction, or any questions you might have.
